1. Paying Prevailing Wage and using a Registered Apprenticeship Program increases credits and deductions by 5 times from baseline.

2. Meeting Domestic Content minimums will add 10% on both the Investment and Production Tax Credits. Domestic Content for 2024 is 40% (20% for off-shore wind) and applies to any steel, iron, or Manufactured Product.

3. Projects in an Energy Community will add 10% on both the Investment and Production Tax Credits. Energy Communities include Brownfields, former coal mines, and areas with significant fossil fuel employment.

4. Facilities located in low-income communities or on Tribal land will add 10% on both the Investment and Production Tax Credits.

5. Projects can qualify for either the Invesment Tax Credit or the Production Tax Credit, but not both.

6. To qualify, energy saving for each system type must be at least 25%. Energy saving benefit is capped at 50%.
